Designer Fitness is a family run business. David & Simon who personally project manage each job have been working in the fitness industry for a combined total of 40 years. Both are graduates with sport science degrees and have worked in a number of fitness environments within various roles as personal trainers, strength and conditioning coaches to both novice and elite performers. Their passion is health and fitness and Designer Fitness was born out of a desire to provide contemporary and functional gym spaces with carefully selected equipment, bespoke to each client.

 

Designer Fitness have designed and refurbishing facilities ranging from personal training studios to group training facilities, school gyms, corporate gyms and professional sports clubs.

 

Designer Fitness have a in-house buildings project manager, interior designer and engineering team ensuring they are able to take your project from start to finish.

David & Simon test out equipment from all the major equipment brands (some relatively unknown ones) and pick the very best equipment specific to your needs. They design spaces which are practical and functional rather than filling space with unnecessary and often costly equipment.

2 - Designer Fitness do not sell their own equipment, but source the most appropriate kit for each project, bringing trade discounts direct from the manufacturer where possible with savings up to 40% off retail price.

3 - Designer Fitness have a clear price structure start with an initial consultation which is free. Following this if you are happy with the proposed costings and draft 3D designs, the cost is then set and fixed according to the size of each project.

Designer Fitness fee:£700.00

Equipment cost between £12,000-£16,000

For a project of this size Designer Fitness expect to negotiate discounts in the region of £2000-£4000 off retail prices making their service is extremely good value.

5 - Not only do Designer Fitness project manage the design and installation of your gym they have a team which includes a buildings manager, interior designer and engineer. This ensures that they are able to take a project all the way through from start to finish.. 

 

6 -  Designer Fitness offer home clients a complimentary PT session in the new facility to familiarize them with new equipment. Long term support is also available with the option of online training programmes designed specifically for your home gym and fitness goals.
